Executive Pastry Chef Scott Villacora has created a very special afternoon tea with a true romance, which features a range of sweet treats and traditional delicacies guaranteed to make it a Valentine’s to remember.

Savouries include Watermelon and Rosé Shots, Cherry & Foie Gras Rocher, and Tempura Oysters.

Guests can enjoy an array of traditional or vegan finger sandwiches, including Coronation Chicken or Cauliflower, Smoked Salmon or Aubergine, Chive Crème Fraiche, Egg or Tofu Mayonnaise & Pressed Cucumber.

Choose from a selection of freshly baked plain and sultana scones served with homemade strawberry jam & Jersey clotted cream or whipped coconut cream.

For those looking to hit the sweet spot, a parade of sweet bites will be on offer, including Red Velvet Cake, Chocolate Heart, Rhubarb Cheesecake and Strawberry Victoria Sponge.

The Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea features a range of Lover’s Tea blends made with exotic and floral ingredients perfect for setting the romantic mood.
