The Azimut Benetti Group has announced it will be showing 22 boats including 3 previews at the Cannes Boat Show.

The first premiere concerns the S Collection from Azimut Yachts, which with the new Azimut 55S aims to revolutionise the concept of sporty yachts.

Azimut Benetti Group, the world’s leading private nautical Group, confirms its role as protagonist by displaying 22 boats at Cannes, of which 3 are world premieres.

The solidity and financial stability that have always been a characteristic feature of the Azimut Benetti Group, together with its strong vocation for research and innovation, have enabled it to design 10 new models to be launched in the next season, to expand the range of yachts offered by the Group through the brands in its portfolio: Azimut Yachts, Atlantis, Azimut Grande and Benetti. The first 3 will be presented in Cannes from 11th to 16th September.

The first premiere concerns the S Collection from Azimut Yachts, which with the new Azimut 55S aims to revolutionise the concept of sporty yachts. It offers a new “open space” philosophy in which exteriors and interiors seem to blend seamlessly into a new space formed of sunshine, light and air to accommodate up to 12 guests in the saloon and cockpit. New comfort and technologically advanced solutions make it possible to transform the interior and exterior fittings to adapt to specific requirements, with seats that can be converted into sunbathing beds and chaises longues, and an after bathing platform that pivots and becomes a beach area of about 5 square metres. Plus new engines (3 Volvo IPS with POD transmission) and a new technological spirit with structures made of carbon fibre.

The Magellano 43 assures soft sailing in all sea conditions thanks to the “dual mode” hull, which makes it possible to sail in total comfort both at displacement speeds and on the planing. A long cruising range and great versatility are further major attributes. Magellano 43 will be offered in a Hard Top version as well, well-suited to use on inland waters thanks to the reduced water line height.

Great expectation for the new Magellano 43, which embodies the entire philosophy of the Magellano Collection by Azimut Yachts. A modern interpretation of the classic trawler – from which it borrows a series of technical and functional features, as well as the use of space – the Magellano 43 combines an eye-catching external design, more contemporary interiors and a layout that encourages on-board socialisation.

The third new launch concerns the Megayacht division of the Azimut Benetti Group. During the show it will be premiered Benetti Classic Supréme 132’. New model part of the Class range (comprising semi-custom megayachts built of composite materials) is a gem of Italian technology and style. With its 40 metres of sobriety and elegance, the Benetti Classic Supréme 132’ is inspired by a particularly contemporary taste, offering a decor playing with the natural tones of oak, the warmth of wengé and diamond-worked leather.

To be announced the presence of Diamonds Are Forever, 60-meter Benetti megayacht. The biggest vessel ever displayed in 35 editions of the Cannes boat show.
