There is nothing typically “holiday home” about these barns with interiors masterminded by Notting Hill-based designers, House Nine, creators of awe-inspiring living spaces across London, the UK and abroad.
Jojo Barr, the founder of House Nine Design, was commissioned in 2017 to provide the interior planning and styling for Aria Resort’s hotly-anticipated Gara Rock Hotel complete refurb near Salcombe, Devon.
Much lauded by every travel critic going, her luxurious design for the far-flung, sprawling clifftop destination has won ongoing praise and it seemed only natural that the Aria team would turn to House Nine for the development of their UK’s first ‘boutique barns’ in the heart of Cornwall.

Pricing for the barns at the Retallack Resort & Spa
For four nights from August 3rd 2020, the two-bedroomed premium barn will set you back just £2,049, sleeping between two and four guests. The three-bedroomed is priced from £2,508 and the six from £3,789 for the same dates.
A four-night stay in November 2020, in the premium barn, sleeping between two and four, starts from £604, or a hotel suite on the resort, sleeping two costs £160 for 2-nights.
