But with so much advice out there and hundreds of creams and serums to choose from, it can be hard to know exactly what’s worth spending our hard-earned pennies on.

Well, how about a new skincare range backed by science?

Medical Aesthetician and Skin Specialist of 15 years, Bianca Estelle, has launched a revolutionary new range called ‘bea’.

What sets it apart is the high levels of active, natural ingredients that your skin will love. The magic ingredients include alpha-hydroxy acids (also known as AHA’s or fruit acids), peptides and vitamins, anti-oxidants, amino acids and anti-inflammatories.

I put one of her most popular ranges to the test – the 5 Step Daily Regime. It was a real treat for my winter-worn skin. Here’s what I thought.

The 5 Step Daily Regime:

  • Step 1 Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser, £32.00
  • Step 2 Peptide Eye Serum, £39.00
  • Step 3 Vitamin C & Hyaluronic Acid Serum, £49.00
  • Step 4 Firming Serum, £54.00
  • Step 5 Collagen Complex Cream, £44.00

There are five products to apply but they’re completely faff-free as the modern packaging clearly shows the step number and the pumps give out just the right amount of product so nothing goes to waste.

Step 1 is a gentle exfoliator that leaves your skin feeling thoroughly clean, without the harshness of a heavy scrub. It contains 7% Glycolic Acid (a natural ingredient) known to remove dead cells, calm inflammation and replenish skin’s moisture.

Next is the eye serum. I love this product. It’s packed with antioxidants and enzymes including Retinol, Vitamin C, B and Hyaluronic Acid to banish dark circles and soften wrinkles long-tern.

Step 3 and 4 are serums. Both absorb really quickly, without any stickiness so you feel virtually nothing when they’re applied. The Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid Serum has a high concentration of Vitamin C that works with Hyaluronic acid to fix hyperpigmentation, sun damage and puffiness. The Firming Serum is loaded with anti-ageing ingredients such as Retinol, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamins and Peptides, designed to plump and lift your skin.

Lastly, the Collagen Complex Cream aims to restore dry, damaged skin by helping to replace Collagen. The cream is wonderfully thick as it contains moisture-rich Shea butter though it won’t leave your skin feeling oily.

The Results

I’ve been using the 5 Step Daily Regime for a few weeks now, once or twice a day, and it has transformed my skin.

It’s brighter, clearer and so much less oily as the products seem to have reduced my pores.

They’re not the least bit irritating on my skin and they’re light enough that you can apply them in the morning under your usual make-up and your face won’t feel cakey.

There’s even better news long-term. Use the range regularly and it’ll start to soften fine lines and wrinkles by increasing Collagen and elastin.

Best of all the range is 100% natural, isn’t tested on animals and has already won some awards.

If looking after your skin is top of your to-do list this year, the 5 Step Daily Regime is the perfect starter kit that requires little effort for speedy results that get better and better over time. What’s not to love?
