Following the success of their first collaboration in Seoul on 23 March 2025, Michelin-starred Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic and Michelin-starred Solbam are set to reunite for a one-night-only event – this time in Hong Kong on the night of 16 June 2025.
The exclusive dinner marks Solbam’s Hong Kong debut and will showcase the shared culinary philosophy between Chef Eom Tae-jun’s nature-inspired Korean cuisine alongside Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic’s refined French artistry by Head Chef Marc Mantovani.
Recently awarded “Best New Restaurant Opening” and named among the “Top 30 Restaurants of Hong Kong” by Harper’s Bazaar Hong Kong – Bazaar Elite Taste 2025, Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic has quickly built a reputation as one of the city’s most sought-after dining destinations.
It is known for its elegant, poetic gastronomy curated by Anne-Sophie Pic, who also happens to be the world’s most decorated Michelin-starred female chef.
In Hong Kong, Head Chef Marc Mantovani and Pastry Chef Leo Faler lead a talented culinary team committed to precision and creativity. The sommelier team delivers a world-class beverage experience designed in collaboration with Paz Levinson, Executive Chef Sommelier of Maison Pic.
Solbam is one of Seoul’s most exciting modern restaurants. In 2023, it earned a Michelin star for its inventive, nature-inspired Korean cuisine.
