Held at the iconic Marina Bay Sands, the fourth iteration of FIND – Design Fair Asia has concluded and once again confirmed its status as the heart of design innovation and business in Asia. As a key highlight of Singapore Design Week, this landmark event assembled over 250 global brands, five national pavilions, and the largest-ever EMERGE @ FIND showcase, creating a vibrant melting pot of creativity, commerce, and cultural exchange.
This year’s fair attracted more than 11,000 visitors from 60 countries, cementing the event’s role as a nexus for interior designers, architects, and design firms not only from Singapore but across Southeast Asia and beyond — with notable presence from Thailand, South Korea, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
Among the distinguished attendees were global giants such as AEDAS, Central Pattana, Chanel, HBA, Populous, The Parker Company, and Zaha Hadid Architects, who actively engaged in over 300 curated business meetings, showcasing the fair’s effectiveness as a platform for meaningful cross-border partnerships.

The spirit of collaboration infused every corner of FIND 2025, especially through the VIP Buyer Programme. This initiative carefully selected key industry players and opinion leaders to facilitate high-value connections between 58 buyers representing 29 companies and 153 projects spanning more than 10 Asian markets. The programme’s success illustrated an inspiring willingness among the design community to join forces, share expertise, and pursue innovative solutions that transcend geographic boundaries.

The opening ceremony set the tone for the three-day event, graced by prominent figures including H.E. Dante Brandi, Ambassador of Italy to Singapore and Brunei, who delivered an opening address that underscored the global significance of the fair.
Also in attendance were Matt Denton, President of dmg events; Roberto Foresti, Deputy General Manager of Fiera Milano; Dawn Lim, Executive Director of the DesignSingapore Council; Carl Press, Event Director of FIND; alongside esteemed dignitaries representing trade and design leadership from Italy, Singapore, and the Asia Space Designers Association. Their presence reaffirmed FIND’s reputation as a premier meeting point for design leadership in the region.

This year’s edition was remarkable not only for its scale but for its depth of discourse. The exhibition featured national pavilions from Italy, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Czech Republic, alongside collectives from France and Hong Kong, offering visitors rich insights into the diverse practices that define global and regional design excellence.
The fair’s thoughtfully curated programme, FIND – Global Summit and EMERGE @ FIND’s Design through Dialogues, hosted over 80 international speakers who engaged audiences on pressing contemporary themes. These ranged from the integration of AI in design, circular economy principles, and urban resilience to explorations of cultural identity, craftsmanship, heritage, and evolving concepts of luxury.

EMERGE @ FIND, co-curated by Suzy Annetta and Edwin Low, expanded to its largest presentation yet, spotlighting emerging talents not only from Southeast Asia but also — for the first time — from Northeast Asia, marking a significant shift in the region’s influence on the global design stage. This initiative has become a vital platform for rising creatives to showcase their work to an international audience, fostering dialogue and discovery across cultures.
Italy’s ongoing commitment to the fair shone through the Italian pavilion, presenting a unique blend of classical creativity and contemporary innovation. H.E. Dante Brandi, Ambassador of Italy, remarked, “FIND – Design Fair Asia once again proved to be a key meeting point for the regional design community — a place where meaningful connections are made, ideas are exchanged, and the industry comes together to shape its future.” His words reflect the deepening cross-border collaborations sparked by FIND each year.
A focus on sustainability was woven into every aspect of FIND 2025. Marina Bay Sands’ eco-conscious infrastructure supported the event’s green initiatives, embracing digital visitor passes to minimise waste and eschewing carpet use in most exhibition spaces to reduce material consumption.

Sponsors and partners contributed imaginative solutions — The Mill upcycled carpets into chairs, while Life by Design transformed leftover materials into festive decorations for community spaces, and PICO provided reusable cabinetry for exhibitors to repurpose post-show. These efforts exemplify the event’s commitment to environmental stewardship as an intrinsic part of design culture.
Exhibitors from various countries praised the fair’s ability to open doors and facilitate new collaborations. Ladislav Graner, Regional Director of CzechTrade Southeast Asia, affirmed the strategic value of FIND, “The well-located pavilion gave strong visibility to our exhibitors and attracted high-quality visitors. FIND provided an outstanding platform for business meetings… It has proven to be an excellent springboard for Czech companies to enter Singapore and expand into Southeast Asia.”
Similar sentiments echoed from other participants, including Gian Marco Pecis Cavagna of Faz Pendezza, Keiji Ashizawa of Keiji Ashizawa Design (below), and Anthony Ferguson of Arte Interiors Furnishings Singapore, all of whom highlighted the fair’s ability to connect diverse markets and foster lasting professional relationships.

Voices from the regional pavilions echoed the sentiment of an inclusive, internationally minded community. Diana Nazir of the Indonesia Pavilion emphasised FIND’s truly global reach, “The SMEs with us were surprised to meet buyers from Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and even Africa. It shows that FIND is really international, and it helps to build brand awareness for everyone here.”
Meanwhile, Thailand Pavilion’s Jirachai Tangkijngamwong celebrated the collaborative spirit, noting that diverse design DNA and materials across countries create opportunities for innovation rather than competition.
The calibre of visitors was a recurring theme among feedback. Henry Schmidt of Cecoceco highlighted the presence of seasoned architectural leaders, while Michael Allenspach of Geberit South East Asia lauded the platform as “the perfect space to engage with interior designers.”
Joakim Gustafsson of Aritco Lift praised the fair’s organisational excellence and atmosphere, attributing the success of networking opportunities to the professional and service-minded environment.
Looking ahead, FIND – Design Fair Asia’s triumph in 2025 sets a promising stage for its return in September 2026. With its unwavering commitment to innovation, thought leadership, sustainability, and cross-cultural connectivity, FIND continues to redefine what a regional design fair can achieve, positioning Singapore firmly as the vibrant epicentre of Asia’s creative industries.
In sum, FIND – Design Fair Asia exemplifies how design not only shapes spaces but also builds bridges — between people, cultures, and ideas — forging a path towards a more creative, collaborative, and sustainable future.
