Chef Fazley’s Ramadan Feast at the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Ramadam Feast laid out on a table Lumpur

With the theme of Food Across Generations or Sajian Merentasi Zaman in Bahasa Malaysia, the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur welcomes the holy month of Ramadan with a special collaboration with celebrity chef Dato’ Fazley Yaakob at Curate restaurant.

It’s the perfect place to bring family, friends, work colleagues and business associates to break fasting during the month of Ramadan, which begins in April. Familial bonds are often strengthened through food and laughter, and there is no better place to do that than in the elegant and warm surrounds of the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

General Manager Alex Porteous believes families can share meaningful moments through food. “With our thoughtful dining experiences and caring service, families can build new memories together…. this year, it is time to reconnect with loved ones and cherish them.”

Mouth-watering dishes specially curated by Datuk Chef Fazley were taken from his beloved recipes from his childhood. Infused with authentic local flavours, diners can expect to savour a selection of Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage as well as try some long-forgotten dishes.

Chef Fazley the man behind the Four Seasons KL Feast

“For me, cooking is an act of love and healing, handed down from generation to generation,” Datuk Chef Fazley says. “My grandmother was the heart of our home, and it was her cooking which brought us all together. With this collaboration, I want to create that same feeling for other families.”

The Sajian Merentasi Zaman signature dish

Starting on April 13 to May 12 for dinner only at Curate, expect scintillating Malaysian fayres such as Nasi Tumpang Ayam Bakar Pasu (flavoured herb rice with charcoal chicken cooked in a clay pot), Puyut Salai & Kulit Mangga Muda Bakar (smoked quail with grilled unripe mangoes).

In addition, you can also treat your palates to Ikan Sepat Masin Masak Lemak Cili Api Dengan Buah Cermai dan Pucuk Pegaga (fermented freshwater fish in turmeric cream with Cermai fruit and Pegaga.)
