H. Moser & Cie. Opens its First Standalone Boutique in South Korea

Swiss watch manufacturer H. Moser & Cie. has opened its first boutique in Korea and its 5th standalone worldwide. The new boutique is located on the B1 floor of Galleria Luxury Hall EAST in Seoul, and had its official opening on May 14, 2025.

This Seoul boutique is the fifth standalone H. Moser & Cie. boutique worldwide, following successful openings in Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, and Menlo Park, California. The boutique will be managed by the Damiani Group’s Italian watch and jewellery chain Rocca, and reinforces the importance of the Korean luxury watch market for the brand.

The boutique’s concept emphasises minimalism, uniqueness, transparency, and modernity. It is designed as an art gallery-like space utilising concrete materials and glass features.

The interior of the boutique

True to the brand’s philosophy of minimalism and understated elegance, the boutique reflects H. Moser & Cie. ‘s core values—refinement, authenticity, and excellence in craftsmanship.

Visitors to the boutique can explore the brand’s most iconic collections, including the Streamliner Tourbillon Skeleton Boutique Edition, a rare and highly coveted timepiece available exclusively at H. Moser & Cie. boutiques.

The Streamliner Tourbillon Skeleton Boutique Edition epitomises the brand’s innovative spirit and technical mastery. Crafted entirely in 18-carat yellow gold, this model features a fully skeletonised design that provides a stunningly transparent view of the intricate mechanical artistry.

At its heart is the calibre HMC 814, an automatic movement with a Straumann® double hairspring, designed and produced in-house by Precision Engineering AG, H. Moser & Cie. ‘s sister company. The one-minute flying tourbillon appears to float effortlessly at 6 o’clock, enhancing precision and aesthetic harmony.

The Streamliner Tourbillon Skeleton Boutique Edition, which is limited to just 17 pieces worldwide, combines contemporary transparency with minimalist design. Only one piece will be available in Korea, emphasising this model’s exceptional rarity and exclusivity.

H. Moser & Cie., CEO Edouard Meylan, said, “Opening our first standalone boutique in Korea is more than a strategic milestone: it’s a love letter to a vibrant market, curious and hungry for authenticity. Together with Rocca, we share a common ambition: to nurture excellence and offer an experience that is both rare and meaningful. This new address captures the spirit of H. Moser & Cie.: independent, daring, resolutely forward-looking, yet always anchored in our roots. In Seoul, our story now deepens, driven by the same passion for detail and the same taste for the essential.”
