This summer, the adults-only resort The Ixian Grand & All Suites on the west coast of Rhodes will launch its new signature concept, KYMA: A Culinary Experience. Inspired by Greece. Created by Chefs.
Known for its elegant seaside setting, bespoke service, and refined yet relaxed luxury, The Ixian Grand & All Suites now expands its experiential offering with this culinary initiative set to spotlight the richness, depth, and diversity of Greek gastronomy.
Derived from the Greek word for “wave”, KYMA (pronounced kee-ma) symbolises the flow of tradition and innovation, much like the culinary movement it represents. This exclusive seasonal series will see four acclaimed Greek chefs present one-of-a-kind dining events, each rooted in regional heritage while embracing contemporary creativity.
All KYMA culinary journeys will celebrate the flavours of Greece, blending modern creativity with traditional flair.
