New Intoxicating Scents at Luxury Perfumery Les Senteurs

New Intoxicating Scents at the Luxury Perfumery Les Senteurs

If you’re a fan of the most exquisite fragrances, London-based Les Senteurs should be your first port of call. For this article, we’re taking a look at some of their latest additions and one very special scent that will be available very soon.

To us, this year seems to be moving rather quickly. It’s a bit of shock when you think we’re already in the middle of August. It’s probably due in no small part to a certain nasty virus that appeared out of nowhere. Nonetheless, stiff upper lip, onwards and upwards and all that.

One of the few good things we can take from this year is the newly found time we have at our disposal. We shouldn’t be dwelling on the months gone by and instead should make the best of what’s left of the summer.

So, whether you are still planning a staycation, venturing further afield or simply dreaming of a more long-haul destination in the future, make sure you do it in the best possible way. Les Senteurs has a glorious selection of scents to enhance that holiday feeling, and we’re taking a look at their latest offerings.

Bottle of Zeste de Gingembre

James Heeley’s Zeste de Gingembre
Continuing James Heeley’s impressive collection of beautifully constructed, light and uplifting scents Les Senteurs is now stocking his latest, Zeste de Gingembre. This scent has ginger at its heart coupled with a fresh burst of lime, lemon and cardamom bring an elegant balance to this vibrant accord—the perfect evocation of sipping sundowners on the rocks. It is priced at £125 for 100ml Eau de Parfum and available now.

The Heeley L’Amandiere Eau de Parfum is also available at Les Senteurs. This scent reminds you of a country orchard with almond trees filtering the morning sun. In the dew-laden grass, a multitude of wildflowers are in simultaneous bloom. A delicate watercolour of hyacinth, bluebells, rose and linden blossom. It is priced at £125 for 100ml Eau de Parfum and available now.

Cloon Keen Etain Candle

Cloon Keen Etain Candle
For those who continue to stay at home, we can’t think of a better way to scent your living space than with the latest exquisite home fragrance from Cloon Keen.

The Étaín candle is inspired by a legendary Irish love story that spanned a thousand years. Perfumer Meabh McCurtin revisited the story of ‘The Wooing of Étaín’. In this ancient legend, Étaín is transformed into a butterfly by a jealous wife but is recognised by her lover through the dulcet music and fragrant trail left by the flutter of her wings.

At its heart, a voluptuous bouquet of sensual tuberose and jasmine absolute is underscored by shadowy cedar and patchouli. Étaín is a candle that sings with the quality of its raw ingredients.

The candle is available now exclusively at Les Senteurs priced at £40 for 280g.

Tauer Perfumes Phtaloblue

Tauer Perfumes Phtaloblue (coming soon)
Finally, if you are fantasising about a Slim Aarons-Esque day of Mediterranean sun lounging, then Phtaloblue may just help transport you there. An Eau de Parfum encapsulating the nativeness and briskness of a day at sea, Phtaloblue is fresh and bright with elegant citrus and herbaceous notes whilst at the same time rich and deep with balsamic woody and floral accords. In Tauer’s ever-innovative style, Phtaloblue redefines the aquatic genre.

Tauer Perfumes Phtaloblue will be available from September exclusively at Les Senteurs priced at £105 for 50ml Eau de Parfum.

Although some might be thinking that this article is focused squarely at the ladies, worry not. Les Senteurs have written their own piece on Masculine Florals which can be read here.

Gentlemen reading this piece should not be put off from visiting Les Senteurs as they recommend perfumes by mood and style rather than gender. To be honest, even for a man a flowery fragrance could be ‘the one’, so our advice is stuff what anyone thinks, be bold, follow your nose … and your heart!
