New Artlume and LG Partnership Brings 15,000+ Artworks into the Home

Artlume, a pioneering digital art and AI platform, has announced a new partnership with LG Electronics. Together, they will transform over 200 million TVs worldwide into digital art galleries, with LG Smart TV being the first to enjoy the beautiful and varied art catalogue.

Artlume’s extensive catalogue includes classic and contemporary art, photography, museum art, sports art, and AI art. The Artlume TV app allows millions of users to explore and stream over fifteen thousand amazing artworks on their LG TVs.

Artworks include those from world-renowned museums such as the Ashmolean Museum and the National Portrait Gallery. Artlume’s TV and mobile apps allow subscribers to easily create playlists and display them on their LG TVs.

Artlume’s WebOS TV app can be accessed via the LG Content Store. Users can enjoy a free version with limited art or access to the full catalogue for as little as £3.99 per month.

Artlume offers a range of features designed to enhance the way users interact with wall décor. Its proprietary technology enables instant changes to displayed artworks, giving users full control at their fingertips. The platform integrates AI art generators, allowing users to create and save unique art with simple word prompts, proudly display their creations and share them with friends.

“TVs and screens are central to our homes and lives, but all too often exist as ugly black boxes when not in use. What if they could enhance our spaces with beautiful art? LG are the perfect partner for us, aligned to bring love, beauty, and passion to people’s lives through the universal language of art. My vision has always been to turn the 1.72 billion TVs in the world into image galleries instead of black boxes when not in use.

Artlume strives to make art affordable and accessible for everyone, at all times, on many devices, especially given that physical art is only available to the ‘elite’. As a company, we are committed to having a profound positive impact on humanity by educating future generations, supporting mental health through the beauty of art and opening up museum art to the world. We are excited to bring this innovative platform to the world together with LG Electronics” said Patrick Ashworth, founder & CEO of Artlume.

Artlume invites art lovers, tech and AI enthusiasts, and sports lovers to join its vibrant community. Discover, learn, and get inspired by the diverse range of art available on the platform.
