London Restaurant Festival (LRF), in partnership with American Express, returns for its 17th year with a new lineup set to impress. Showcasing the best of London’s dining scene with more than sixty events across London’s finest restaurants, the festival will once again spotlight the diversity of the culinary offerings in the Capital throughout June.
The festival starts with ‘Food Fest’, the popular one-night-only street food event, this year taking place on Thursday, 29 May at Hackney Bridge. Tickets are priced at just £16 and include a welcome cocktail from Mixtons, a savoury dish and a dessert – one not to be missed.
Following Food Fest will be a month of gastronomic experiences, including chef-hosted ‘Top Ten Cuisines’, ‘Masterclasses’, and ‘Restaurant-Hopping Tours’, in a lineup of over fifty events.
Eat at some of London’s best-hidden gems, with an all-new ‘Hidden London’ series including some of the Capital’s most interesting dining spots. Expect dinner in Bridget Jones’s apartment at Khao Bird, an evening of art and gastronomy at Larry’s, set in the old coal vaults of the National Portrait Gallery, and visit the Crypt at one of London’s most historic department stores: Fortnum & Mason.
Wine lovers will enjoy hearing from two highly regarded contributors to the wine world: Cloudy Bay and Minuty. Each will host paired menus and wine tastings at some of the finest Michelin dining spots in town, including Pavyllon London, The Ninth, Angler, and Caractère.
London Restaurant Festival ‘Restaurant-Hopping Tours,’ are back for Summer 2025, giving diners the chance to experience four restaurants in one evening, whilst ‘Top Ten Cuisines’ will spotlight food from around the world from Spain to West Africa. Meet chefs including José Pizarro and Josh Angus hosting their four-course menus.
Dine out at the city’s best Mexican restaurants in a new addition to this summer’s lineup, ‘Mexican Moments’. From Los Mochis in Notting Hill to Madera at Treehouse London on Regent Street, experience bold spices and rich cultural traditions in these Latin-American hot spots.

‘Festival Highlights’ will include a wellness-themed event in Canary Wharf as part of their ‘Wharf Wellness’ series and a Tablescaping masterclass at Wild by Tart with top event planner Lavinia Stewart-Brown.
Tranquil dining oasis and London’s only marina, St Katharine Docks, will play host to a series of events for the festival, from a tour around their impressive array of restaurants to a wine masterclass at Trader’s Wine. This year, enjoy a unique experience on the historic Spanish Galleon, as well as a screening of Day One at Wimbledon, live from their Floating Pontoon.
Connaught Village will host a series of events showcasing this unique and vibrant area within Central London. A ‘Restaurant-Hopping Tour’ will offer attendees the chance to try four of the best restaurants in the area, meanwhile, ‘Connoisseurs of Connaught Village’ will offer a range of tastings including Boxcar and London Chocolate.
Chris Wright, Managing Partner of LRF, says, “This year’s London Restaurant Festival once again celebrates the incredible diversity of London’s dining scene, with this year playing host to some of the most unique and exciting events in the 17 years of the festival.”
Throughout June, restaurant discovery and booking platform OpenTable will return with its ‘Festival Menus’. A variety of restaurants will be offering unmissable menus for every occasion throughout the Capital, created exclusively for the London Restaurant Festival, including The Cinnamon Club’s ‘London Restaurant Festival Special’ at £55 per person and 3 Gorge’s five-course ‘London Restaurant Festival Special’ at £39 per person.
