Gospel Brunch at Red Rooster, Shoreditch
Red Rooster’s Gospel Brunch offers its guests the chance to sip on Bloody Mary’s and moreish fried chicken and waffles, while a joyous Gospel choir performs on stage.
This regularly booked-up brunch is inspired by Red Rooster’s sister restaurant in Harlem. Run by acclaimed New York chef and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson, Red Rooster serves a Southern soul food-inspired brunch menu. You can tuck into dishes like short-rib, jerk chicken tacos, a pulled jerk chicken breakfast sandwich and waffles with caramelised bourbon.
Red Rooster restaurant is based on the lower floor of Shoreditch’s Curtain Hotel – a new creative hub and hotel, with a private members’ club, rooftop bar, disco room and cinema.
Gospel Brunches run on Sundays 11 am-5 pm and cost £5 per person for entry. Drinks and food are sold per item.
