Last Wednesday, automotive enthusiasts were treated to an exceptional spectacle at the second annual “TUTTO BENE Hillclimb,” a celebration that entwines motoring passion with superb design and culture. Set against the breathtaking scenery of Lake Maggiore, the event showcased a striking Maserati GT2 Stradale, its vibrant Giallo Genio finish and sleek black and yellow exterior turning heads along the winding ascent to the summit of Mottarone.

This gathering was no ordinary race, opting instead to embrace the mantra “slow down to go fast.” Here, the focus was on savouring every moment behind the wheel, forging a connection with the landscape and fellow motor aficionados rather than chasing lap times.

Conceived by BorromeoDeSilva in partnership with Race Service, the hillclimb unfolded along the historic Strada Borromea—a private stretch over seven kilometres long, climbing from Gignese near Stresa to the peak of Mottarone.

Around 80 cars lined up, representing a harmonious blend of timeless classics and cutting-edge modernity, all united under the banner “only cool cars allowed.”

Throughout the ascent, the Maserati GT2 Stradale mesmerised onlookers with its exhilarating performance and the distinctive roar of its Nettuno V6 engine. More than just a car, the GT2 Stradale represents Maserati’s bold vision, merging the precision of motorsport with refined road-going practicality.

Born from the racing-acclaimed Maserati GT2, it embodies the brand’s racing heritage while offering an everyday driving experience rich in comfort and style.

With 640 horsepower pushing it from 0 to 100 km/h in a mere 2.7 seconds, and a top speed exceeding 320 km/h, the GT2 Stradale is the most potent Maserati with a combustion engine to date—further shedding 60 kilograms compared to its predecessor, the Maserati MC20.

By participating in this exclusive hillclimb celebration, Maserati reaffirmed its standing at the crossroads of tradition and innovation.

Through this event, where the charm of Italian craftsmanship meets thrilling performance against awe-inspiring Alpine vistas, the GT2 Stradale truly captured the essence of driving passion.
