Montblanc has announced a stunning leather goods collection, designed in collaboration with Harrods, featuring four distinctive pieces in British Racing Green.
Headlining the collection is the unique Meisterstück Selection Briefcase, a timeless piece, precisely hand-crafted in genuine alligator leather in British Racing Green, and, for the first time, adorned with a clasp encrusted with diamonds. Costing £31,000, the one-of-a-kind case is the most exclusive leather item ever produced by Montblanc.
Further products in this luxurious collection, also styled in British Racing Green, include the Montblanc Meisterstück Selection Tablet Cover crafted from the finest lambskin, and finished with a discreet, matching leather clasp. Just 50 of the tablet covers will be manufactured, and will be priced at £470. Complementing this are the Montblanc Meisterstück Selection Wallet (£185) and the Montblanc Meisterstück Selection iPhone 5 Case (£175), both of which will be available in British Racing Green lambskin, in limited quantities of just 100 pieces each.
This rare and elegant leather goods collection has been designed and produced in Montblanc’s own Pelletteria in Florence, Italy. Each item is flawlessly crafted by artisans from the premium materials, resulting in exceptional objects of desire and individual pieces that are sought-after across the globe. From the early years of production, where Montblanc made the small leather items that naturally accompanied its writing instruments, this meticulous craftsmanship has extended into the production of an entire collection of luxury leather goods that reflect the lifestyles of the most discerning men and women around the world.
The collection was named after the revered Montblanc Meisterstück (‘Masterpiece’), first produced in 1924, and without doubt the world’s most iconic fountain pen, with a notable reputation as the writing instrument of choice for both stars and statesmen.
