Listing your vehicle on the PaulCamper platform couldn’t be easier as it just involves a few simple online steps. Contrary to what some might believe, it is the owner who decides the price, and there’s a team of experts on hand, should you need them, to assist you along the way and to help perfect the perfect profile.
Once listed, a potential renter sends a booking request via the PaulCamper website. The owner will receive the request in the ‘My bookings’ section of their PaulCamper account and then have 48 hours to respond and answer any questions. Only when the owner and renter agree does any contract become binding.
PaulCamper works with a payment service provider called MANGOPAY, where funds are held securely until they are paid out on the first day of the rental period. This ensures any owner will receive the payment into their account a few days later.
When renting your Campervan out with PaulCamper, it is fully insured via Allianz, so renting out your vehicle should be worry-free. In addition to this, a deposit is also taken at the time of booking. This covers any excess the insurance may charge if the need arises.
