Pandaw Cruises, which specialises in Asian river cruise expeditions, has unveiled the Pandaw Members Club Portal, a new digital hub designed to enhance guests’ journeys from start to finish.
The platform, developed by Pandaw’s in-house IT team, gives its members seamless access to manage bookings, update personal information, and unlock exclusive perks.
Thanks to a user-friendly interface, users can browse new itineraries, review past voyages, and stay informed about the latest offers.
Future updates will introduce even more functionality, including digital travel documents and tailored voyage suggestions, reflecting Pandaw’s ongoing commitment to elevating the guest experience.
The new additions follow closely on the heels of Pandaw’s announcement of a second ship under construction for the Red River and Halong Bay itinerary, reflecting the growing demand for river cruising in North Vietnam.
The RV Hanoi Pandaw, set to launch in November 2026, will expand capacity on one of Pandaw’s most popular routes, where guests journey through the UNESCO World Heritage Site Halong Bay and into vibrant rural communities.
“We’re excited to offer our guests not only new ships but new ways to engage with the Pandaw experience,” said Paul Strachan, founder of the cruise company. “As interest in small-ship cruising continues to grow, so does the need to enhance how we serve our community of loyal travellers. With the Members Club Portal, we’re adding real value beyond the cruise itself, giving guests more flexibility at every stage of their journey.”
In a world where over 80% of travellers expect personalised digital services, Pandaw is proud to be setting a new standard for small-ship cruising. The Members Club is free to join and includes perks such as priority booking, advance notice of new itineraries, and member-only discounts, including 10% off select sailings on the all-new Kerala Backwaters route onboard the RV Kindat Pandaw during the 2025/26 season.
