Flint at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong invites diners to embark on a Mediterranean-inspired adventure with its all-new Portuguese Classics Four-Course Dinner, available from 1 to 31 May 2025.
Celebrating Portugal’s rich culinary heritage and featuring refined time-honoured recipes, Flint’s dinner is crafted to transport guests to the sun-drenched coasts of Lisbon and Porto.
Portuguese cuisine is a vibrant tapestry of flavours, blending maritime tradition with aromatic spices. Flint’s culinary team has meticulously sourced premium ingredients and infused a touch of modern finesse into the dishes to deliver an indigenous dining experience.
The Portuguese feast begins with a choice of speciality seafood starters: the Bolinhos de Bacalhau, the crispy salt cod croquettes served with zesty lime aioli, or Polvo a Lagareiro, succulent slow-cooked and roasted octopus drizzled with garlic-infused olive oil.
The next course is the Caldo Verde, Portugal’s beloved comfort food, featuring velvety kale and potato soup garnished with smoky chorizo to brighten up the flavour.
For the main course, diners can choose between the Arroz de Marisco, the Portuguese signature brothy seafood rice brimming with mussels, shrimp and clams, and the Frango Assado, grilled spring chicken marinated in herbs and served with roasted carrots and potatoes alongside refreshing cherry tomato sauce.
The exotic journey concludes with Serradura, the iconic ‘sawdust pudding’ layered with vanilla Chantilly cream, crumbled Maria biscuits and seasonal berries.
