Renowned nutritionist and Dior Wellness expert Rose Ferguson will be hosting the next Dior Spa masterclass at Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris on June 17.
Rose is known for her integrative approach that combines nutritional science with lifestyle medicine to help clients achieve long-term balance and vitality.
In this session, Rose will be guiding guests through her signature method to mindfully realign body and soul, focusing on the deep connection between what we eat, how we live, and how we feel.
As part of the masterclass, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Dior Skin Nutrition treatment, which is enhanced by specific massage techniques and provides all the micro-nutrients required for hydrated, revitalised skin.
This masterclass is part of Dior’s new wellness initiative, which this year launched a cycle of expert-led sessions at the Dior Spa Plaza Athénée in Paris. Opened over 15 years ago, the Dior Spa Plaza Athénée was the first spa in the House’s history and has since become a key wellness spot on the Avenue Montaigne, where Christian Dior’s flagship store is located.
These intimate events explore a new dimension of wellbeing by pairing the art of living with the art of ‘being well’ covering essential aspects of holistic health, ranging from mindful nutrition and advanced skincare techniques to stress management and building beauty from within.
The first, which took place in March, was hosted by Elle Macpherson and focused on the theme of ‘well ageing’, addressing themes of women’s vitality, beauty, and mind-body harmony.
The next masterclasses will be on September 8 (‘Debloat & Gut Brain Connection’ with Siff Haider and Nish Samantray from Arrae) and December 2 (‘Facialist Tips & Skincare Talk’). with Hadda Akrim Booking is available via the website at a cost of €350 per person.
