The Royal Caviar Club has revealed a new collection of festive treats for the holiday season. The new expertly curated sweets and hampers will add some exquisite luxury to the holiday period or will make an ideal gift for any fine food enthusiast.

This year, Royal Caviar Club is adding some extra sweetness to the most wonderful time of the year. To ensure that this year’s celebrations will be extra-special, they’ve Hong Kong’s first Caviar Mille-Feuille and a selection of Royal Caviar Club Chocolates – La Clef du Coeur, crafted by Paster Patissier, Gael Majchrzak.

The Caviar Mille Feuille is ideal as a standalone gift or something to share with loved ones. It features AOP butter-soaked crispy layers paired with walnut praline and the unexpected savoury element of cauliflower cream. All the delicate pieces are brought together by whipped white chocolate ganache and a decadent topping of the finest caviar.

The Caviar Mille Feuille is available in two sizes, 4″ with 50g Royal Cristal Caviar (HK$1,880) or 6″ with 100g Royal Cristal Caviar (HK$3,380), and please note that you will need to allow three days to pre-order. This exclusive product is available for purchase on their online store or at Royal Caviar Club’s pop up store in The Landmark.

The new Royal Caviar Club Chocolate: La Clef de Coeur includes a refined selection of Orangettes (HK$150) with a choice of either dark or milk chocolate with hand-peeled orange. In addition, there’s a choice of nine pcs Chocolate Cocktail (HK$270) with flavours Hemisphere and Tutti Fruitti, and 16 pcs coated ganache Chocolate Bonbon (HK$420) with flavours inspired from Paris, London and Moscow from Chef Gael’s travels and inspiration.

Royal Caviar Club is offering seven different choices of premium gift hampers for the modern epicurean. The Caviar and Champagne Dreams (HK$1,400) set includes a bottle of Besserat de Bellefon Champagne, 30g Imperial Ossetra Rare Dutch, Mother of Pearl spoon, caviar can opener, and a gift ‘thermo’ box.

If you are after an unforgettable and fail-proof gesture of romance, there is the “For You Only” (HK$1,900) hamper. It features a decadent bundle of 50g Royal Cristal Caviar, a bottle of Besserat de Bellefon Rose Brut Champagne, La Clef du Coeur Chocolate, a velvet bag set with a Mother-of-Pearl spoon and tin opener, and a blue gift box.
