The Sandro Forte Story – Far More Than Just a Famous Surname

Part two of our spotlight on Sandro Forte

The effects of trauma and loss
These traumatic experiences manifested in Sandro as determination to succeed within the financial services sector. He has dedicated the last 30 years to ensuring his clients maintain financial stability and to ensure others do not experience the same level of misfortune. This led him to focus on the true needs of his clients, whilst ensuring they have the right financial plan in place that enables their family to maintain dignity, build their financial foundations and look forward with optimism, should the worst happen.

It is this approach which has enabled Sandro to establish an industry-leading reputation within the financial services sector, securing him a ‘Top Of The Table’ position at the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT is The Premier Association Of Financial Professionals) where individuals are recognised for exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding customer service. He has done this for 28 consecutive years; he has won over 30 industry service awards and can still boast the fact he has never had a client complaint: Close to unique in his profession.

With such success comes wealth and with wealth comes power and often those with power abuse it. But in the right hands, power, wealth and success can be used to give something back.

What does Sandro give back?
Through the continued growth and success of his business, Sandro has not only been able to help his clients achieve financial stability, but he has also been able to commit both time and money to support multiple charitable causes each year, recent examples include:

  • £10,000 pledged to individuals to obtain scholarships for RADA, including BAFTA-nominated actress and rising star, Jessie Buckley.
  • Battersea Dogs & Cats Home: £15,000
  • NSPCC: £7.1 Million raised over three years with Noel Edmonds.
  • Seashell Trust: £15,000 raised personally, instigating a further £1 Million raised through the St
  • James Place Foundation.
  • Bobby Moore Cancer Trust: £20,000
  • Cancer UK: £23,300

He has helped and continues to help, numerous charitable causes across more than 70 countries and since commencing his mission to make a true difference to others, he has transformed over 200,000 lives through charitable donations.

A leading voice within the Million Dollar Round Table, Sandro has been instrumental in driving the organisation’s philanthropic arm, which has, to date, donated over £36M to charitable causes worldwide since its inception.

Poignantly, with his mother’s plight still so close to his heart, Sandro has now founded and established his own Charitable Trust; inspired by his own experience in losing his father at a young age, unsurprisingly it supports widowed parents and children who are experiencing financial difficulty.

Determined to positively impact the lives of others, Sandro is one of the most well respected and successful entrepreneurs in his profession. His name carries weight, but he has never thrown that weight around. Instead, he has forged his own way to create a life and a career dedicated to helping others. With a natural empathy for those in need based on his own experience and the drive to share what he has learned from such a tough start, his story is refreshing in its purity and is a genuine ‘rags to riches’ tale.

It is all too easy to end such a piece with a plug but that is exactly what I am going to do. Sandro’s methodology for success has all been documented in his practical and best-selling business book, Dare to Be Different, now read by over 400,000 people across 80 countries globally, and in 8 different languages. But in true Sandro style, all the proceeds of his book go to charity.
