Bookings Now Open for Scenic's 2023 Europe River Cruising Programme

The lure of travel in 2023 is strong and there are few better ways to take in the culture of another country than by sailing along one of its great rivers, admiring the views and stopping off to explore its secrets. In what will be excellent news for fans of river cruising, Scenic has announced it is now taking bookings for its 2023 European luxury river cruises.

Due to popular demand, luxury river cruise line Scenic has released a selection of European river cruise itineraries available to book for 2023 ahead of schedule.

This early access provides greater flexibility for guests – allowing more availability on preferred itineraries, suite category and sailing day before the full collection is released. New bookings will also benefit from generous launch savings and early booking discounts.

Guests booking before 30 September 2021 will save up to £1,400 per couple on cruises sailing the Rhine, Main and Danube, the rivers of France and the waterways of Russia. At the same time, those booking Portugal itineraries will save up to £1,200 per couple.

All new bookings will receive complimentary private door-to-door chauffeur-driven transfers. Guests choosing to pay for their cruise in full 12 months prior to departure will enjoy an additional 10 per cent Super Earlybird saving.

A river cruise in Budapest

Scenic’s five-day Tastes of Imperial Europe river cruise will sail in 2023, taking guests from Budapest to Vienna, calling at Bratislava en route. Guests will attend an exclusive private classical music concert at the majestic Gödöllõ Royal Palace in Budapest, visit a local Slovak family home for coffee and cake before learning about the Viennese coffee culture during a guided tour of the city. Prices start from £1,795 per person departing 4 April 2023 onboard Scenic Pearl.

A river cruise through Porto in Portugal

While in Portugal, the eight-day Delightful Douro will sail a round-trip from Porto, taking in the sun-drenched banks of the Douro with stops at Regua, Vega de Terron, Pocinho and Pinhāo. This sailing will see guests enjoy a visit to Mateus Palace, which graces the label of the country’s famous Rosé, and a guided tour and visit to Freixo de Espada à Cinta and its silk museum.

Alongside multiple wine and food tastings, guests will be enchanted by a spectacular private concert within the wondrous São Francisco Church. Prices start from £2,845 per person departing 30 October 2023 onboard Scenic Azure.

One of the biggest selling points with Scenic is they are all-inclusive. This means that their prices include return flights (or Eurostar travel on selected itineraries), transfers, spacious suites, a personal onboard butler, all shore excursions, exceptional wining and dining experiences, premium-branded beverages and all gratuities.

All new bookings are covered by Scenic’s Deposit Protection Plan and include a Flexible Booking Policy that allows changes up to 60 days prior to departure without any fees*.
