Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort & Spa
Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort & Spa unveiled its newest culinary gem, Tiki Taka, on January 10, 2025, helmed by acclaimed chef Richard Blais. This will mark the newest of six culinary concepts at the resort, embodying the flavours of Japanese and Spanish cuisine with local ingredients sourced from the Southwest. The menu will infuse the flavours of Arizona in every dish, featuring small plates, sushi, hamachi pizza, gyoza, and more.

Similarly, the restaurant’s interior, designed by Wimberly, features Spanish landmarks and casual Japan-drinking-style dens (izakayas) with booths, communal tables, and a buzzing outdoor patio. Tiki Taka offers guests a spirited mix of culinary delights and innovative cocktails to sip on amongst the beauty of one of the city’s most picturesque resorts.

Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows
The Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows, a thoughtfully crafted, mid-century modern haven nestled within 23 acres of gardens and tranquil groves in the heart of the Sonoran Desert, offers brand new experiences for guests this year.

This year, the beautiful resort launched another special offer for their guest, introducing the exclusive experience “Chill and Grill”, which brings culinary action directly to guests’ bungalows, allowing them to become grill masters using ingredients prepared by the resort’s chefs.

The “Girlfriend Escape” and “Discover Wellness” packages also provide unique perks such as champagne, brunch, and soothing aromatherapy. Catering to discerning travellers seeking unique experiences, this serene getaway boasts 185 bungalows, suites, and villas, each with private entrances, patios, stylish designer furnishings, and artwork created by local artists.

Known for its luxurious accommodations, world-class golf courses, and award-winning spa, the resort offers an unparalleled blend of natural beauty and refined amenities. For the most romantic experience, Boulders Resort & Spa Scottsdale now offers exclusive private dinners in a spectacular desert setting.

Guests can feel good about staying at this resort, which actively supports surrounding wildlife. Every spring, baby wild bobcats are discovered at the resort’s spa and rescued in collaboration with Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center after their mother gives birth safely on the spa grounds.

This kind of action has inspired the hotel to create a new wellness experience called the “Desert Zen Package.” It combines the Desert Massage with an Organic Signature Facial and a spa lunch followed by a Wildlife and Nature Tour, thanks to the property’s rich habitat for birds and desert wildlife. Guests will be thrilled by animal sightings at every turn.
