That evening, the spotlight moves to Michelin-Plate Matsunoki, where a five-course dinner will be led by acclaimed chef Tomaž Kavčič of Dvorec Zemono, the winner of Gault & Millau’s ‘Chef of the Year’ Croatia.
A proud ambassador of Vipava Valley’s rich culinary heritage, Tomaž will craft a menu enhanced by the exquisite wines of Marjan Simčič Domaine, a name synonymous with tradition and innovation in Slovenian viticulture.
On Friday, May 2nd, Matsunoki will host an exclusive dining experience featuring Chef Petra Kapetanović from Peti 181 Restaurant in Ljubljana and Chef Orhan Chakiroglu from our Matsunoki Restaurant.
