Dog owners will be pleased to know furry friends are welcome, and there is a decent range of dog-friendly amenities and services to keep them happy.
These include a doggy treasure trail (below) to pup-friendly accommodation, allowing man’s best friend to join in on a family weekend getaway to Kent’s glorious countryside.
Dogs are also welcome at The Cottage; this carries a supplementary cost of £20 per dog per night.
Salomons Estate is right on the doorstep of some of Kent’s best attractions. Places to experience include the vineyard Hush Heath Estate, where visitors can take self-guided or expert-led tours of vineyards and orchards and engage in some wine tasting.
Other places include the Trinity Theatre and The Assembly Hall Theatre in the spa town of Tunbridge Wells and the town’s historic Pantiles, a famous promenade of quirky shops and cafés.
Salomons Estate is located just 30 miles from London, three miles from the A21, and two miles from the spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells.
It is easily accessible by car or rail, with direct trains to Tunbridge Wells from central London taking as little as 40 minutes.
