Hire A Top-Spec Land Rover In Minutes With THE OUT

The Out Car Rental Service UK

Escape London in luxury with THE OUT, a premium car rental service powered by Jaguar Land Rover.

Having a car in London might be a luxury, but it’s also a pain. Journeys that take twenty minutes anywhere else in the country can end up taking hours in the city. Then there’s the Congestion Charge and Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) to contend with, not to mention the ludicrous cost of parking.

But there are times when a car comes in handy, for example, if you’re visiting friends or family, heading to a festival, or spending a weekend exploring the English countryside.

Cue THE OUT—London’s ultimate car rental service.

THE OUT is an excellent option for people who want to add a stylish touch to their road trip.

It’s an app-based service (currently only available on iOS) powered by Jaguar Land Rover.

A few taps of the app and a screenshot of your driving licence are all it takes to arrange delivery of a car to your door anywhere in London’s zone 1-5. And we’re not talking Volkswagen Polos or Ford Fiestas.

You’ve got the choice of the brand’s top-range cars, like the Land Rover Discovery Sport or the Jag I-Pace.

Range Rover Velar via The Out App

I tried the app recently when I was visiting my family with my partner, a couple of bikes, and my cat, Ori. I booked a Range Rover Velar and couldn’t recommend using THE OUT more.

The experience was faff-free thanks to the app’s simplicity. And if you do get stuck, there’s a live chat staffed by real, friendly humans who respond pretty quickly.

One of the best things about THE OUT, I found, is that everything’s included. There are no extras or hidden charges. You get fully comprehensive insurance, breakdown cover, unlimited mileage, a futuristic sat-nav and even the Congestion Charge is covered.

You can add everything from an extra driver or two to a bike rack or a special boot cover for your four-legged friend, all at no extra cost.

You can even return the car with an almost empty tank; the team will re-fill it for you and charge it back.

I booked my hire car two days before the trip and was surprised to see all the models available to rent.

In fact, THE OUT says you can book in as little as three hours before you’re due to leave, which is ideal for impromptu Ikea trips. If you change your mind about the time or address, it’s easy to switch as long as it’s within 24 hours of your booking,

The drop-off and pick-up hours are really flexible too – between 7 am and 9 pm, on weekdays and weekends – and you’ll be notified when your driver’s on their way.

It’s worth noting that you’ll need to put down a deposit of £1,250 when you book, which you’ll get back when you return the car, providing there’s no damage.

So, why own when you can use THE OUT instead? It’s a hassle-free way to enjoy the benefits of having a premium car in London.

THE OUT – Where & How?

THE OUT will deliver and collect a car to addresses in zones 1-5, including homes, offices, train stations, and Gatwick and Heathrow Airports. Delivery times are between 7 am and 9 pm on weekdays and weekends.

Prices start from £148 per day. That’s based on a three-day rental of a Land Rover Discovery Sport.
