Launching in April, The Singleton Gourmand is where the world of high-aged whisky meets haute pâtisserie. It’s where the slow craft of whisky-making meets the art of pâtisserie in a multi-sensory celebration of indulgence, nostalgia, and experiential luxury.
With high-aged spirits and sensory storytelling leading the charge in luxury F&B, The Singleton is unveiling a bold new chapter: The Singleton Gourmand — a trio of 42-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, each crafted to echo the flavours of decadent desserts. Think: Black Cherry Gâteau, Fig & Chocolate Ganache, and Caramelised Crème Brûlée.
Matured for 42 years, including the longest secondary maturation in The Singleton’s history, this collection sits at the intersection of rarity and culinary artistry.
In a world where luxury is becoming ever more immersive, this release taps into key consumer shifts: nostalgia reimagined and flavour-led storytelling.
To mark the launch, The Singleton has collaborated with Master Pâtissier Nicolas Rouzaud (of The Connaught) to create three bespoke cakes, each designed to mirror and elevate the unique tasting notes of the whiskies.
For one week only (April 28 – May 5), this experience will be available to book at No. 41 Burlington Arcade, within the refined setting of Justerini & Brooks’ tasting rooms.
Available for groups of two or four at £275 per person, it’s a rare opportunity to explore whisky through a patisserie lens and a fresh take on indulgent experiential luxury.
