To welcome the Chinese New Year of the Rabbit, AYANA Midplaza Jakarta offers an exceptional stay package and dining experience for those seeking an urban escape within a botanical oasis.

AYANA Midplaza Jakarta, a 5-star hotel in the heart of Sudirman Jakarta, has curated the perfect “holistay” for those looking for a mini-sabbatical to celebrate the Lunar New Year close to home.

From 20-22 January, guests can enjoy a room, breakfast and dinner package starting from IDR 3.388.000 net per room per night. The package also includes 25% off all treatments at the in-house spa so guests can decompress and completely unwind.

Families can usher in the New Year with complimentary daily breakfast and a momentous buffet dinner on Saturday evening on the 21st at RASA restaurant (valid for two adults, two children under 12 and 1 nanny). For those eyeing a venue to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit in style without having to stay, the buffet dinner is available for visitors for IDR 888.000 net per person (complimentary for children below 12 years and one nanny).

Rasa means “taste” in Indonesian, and the open-plan, warm interiors of the restaurant with an open kitchen deliver memorable feasts and authentic flavours to please everyone’s palettes. The buffet includes a soup and noodle station, an extensive salad bar with cold cuts, a Japanese cooking counter, a Chinese flaming wok cooking station, fresh seafood, dim sum, BBQ meats, fish, seafood and much more.

If that’s not enough, there’s a vast selection of desserts and sweet endings to finish off an evening of good cheer, fine company and united celebration. AYANA Midplaza Jakarta’s Chinese New Year hearty feast will also feature special traditional Barongsai and Bian Lian performances accenting the festivities.

Barongsai is the traditional lion dance performed to bring good luck and fortune. Bian Lian is an ancient Chinese dramatic art using vivid masks and costumes as seen in traditional Sichuan operas.

“We look forward to welcoming our guests to celebrate the new year. Our Chinese Kitchen Team has prepared some extraordinary culinary creations that will bring joy to all of our diners on this very special occasion,” said Christian Hochtl, General Manager of AYANA Midplaza Jakarta.

The luxe hotel recently refurbished its spacious rooms and suites to enhance the comfort and serenity of each guest’s stay. The hotel has tranquil green nooks and larger outdoor spaces that contribute to the zen ambience and offer refuge from the bustling city beyond its walls.
