California based startup Koncept Cars reveal plans to develop a line of high-performance electric vehicles
Koncept Cars today announced the launch of their Indiegogo project to develop a Tesla Model S coupe prototype, named the Koncept S Coupe, that campaign contributors can drive.
The San Jose, California based startup already offers high-performance wheels and brakes for the Model S, and aims to develop more aftermarket parts for the car. The premium electric vehicle market is gaining consumer awareness through the success of Tesla Motors.
“Our first design is the Koncept S Coupe. Next, we’re developing a line of electric vehicles that can charge through Tesla’s global Supercharger network,” said Kofi LeGrand-Sawyer of Koncept Cars.
