The spirits brand has been producing handcrafter gin in small batches since 2009. The word Caorunn (pronounced ‘ka-roon’) originates from the Gaelic word for ‘Rowan Berry’, the botanical at the very soul of their Gin. It grows wild in the surrounding area of Balmenach Distillery in the Speyside region of the Scottish Highlands.
The Rowan Berry is infused with four other locally foraged botanicals, six traditional gin botanicals and crystal-clear Scottish water. Caorunn Gin is fresh and floral on the nose; it’s clean, sweet, full-bodied, and aromatic with a long-lasting dry and crisp finish. A real treat for gin lovers.
The idea behind the flower bike was to spread a bit of love to Londoners and tourists who have been forced to stay away from the city streets for over two years since the pandemic.
