Guests staying at one of the Dorchester Collection’s hotels this summer will be provided a pair of Leica Silverline compact binoculars courtesy of The Dorchester’s butlers.

From 01st June this year, and throughout the Olympics, those staying at any of the three participating Dorchester Collection hotels in the UK, namely The Dorchester and 45 Park Lane in Mayfair (London) and Coworth Park in Ascot (Berkshire), will have access, on request, and as a complimentary service, to either Leica’s Silverline 8×20 or the slightly larger 10×25 binoculars. For more than 100 years, Leica has been manufacturing the highest quality binoculars, used around the world for outdoor pursuits, sporting, music and cultural events.

The Dorchester’s head butler Paul Pritchard commented, “Many of our guests will be here to enjoy the Diamond Jubilee and other major cultural and sporting events taking place in and around London this summer.  With these kinds of arrangements we can ensure our guests have a five star service during the whole of their experience, not just at the hotel.”

The Dorchester Collection is a portfolio of the world’s foremost luxury hotels in Europe and the USA, each of which reflects the distinctive culture of its destination. By applying its unrivalled experience and capability in owning and operating some of the greatest individual hotels, the company’s mission is to develop an impeccable group of the finest landmark hotels through acquisition as well as management of wholly-owned and part-owned hotels, and to enter into management agreements.
