EL&N café, known as the world’s most ‘Instagrammable’ café, is embracing the colour green this week as part of a special collaboration with Saudi. Residents and visitors to London will be able to experience the Kingdom’s unique and distinct flavours via a special menu by Chef Noura Alrasheed, who has created some extraordinarily moreish delights, which are sure to thrill every palate.

EL&N café has become one of ‘The’ places in London to visit and be photographed thanks to its extraordinary pink floral decorations that transport its visitors to an enchanting world of bliss. For the first time since its opening, the world’s most Instagrammeable café is turning green in homage to Saudi Arabia.

In addition to the dramatic visual transformation of the café, EL&N Café and Saudi have launched a brand new menu called “Spotlight on Saudi”, which will introduce the unique, distinct flavours of the country to the people in London.

Food has long been a cornerstone of how people and communities connect, and the Saudi x EL&N partnership was designed to bring people together, to showcase the country in a new way. The exclusive menu features Saudi ingredients, awakening the senses and bringing this unique destination to life by showcasing its culture and heritage.

EL&N created the celebratory menu in collaboration with Saudi Chef Noura Alrasheed, who graduated from the world-class culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu. A must-try will be the delicious limited edition cakes, which are made from Taif rose, Riyadh dates, and Al Ahsa limes.

Other highlights on the menu are the smoothies made with vibrant Jazan mangoes, hot chocolate featuring Saudi-grown cocoa beans and iced tea with limes from Al Ahsa, one of the world’s largest oases.

The Saudi x EL&N collaboration also happens to coincide with the Year of Saudi Coffee, and this will also be celebrated at the café through roasted Arabica beans, flavoured with cardamom, saffron and cloves – traditionally served with dates, which are an iconic symbol of Arabian hospitality.

Chef Noura Alrasheed said, “Food is the essence of belonging and community, and as a chef and as a Saudi, I have a passion for using food to connect people and cultures, inspiring us to learn more about one another. I am so proud to share my heritage and Saudi’s innate sense of hospitality with visitors through our special ‘Spotlight on Saudi’ menu at EL&N. We are awakening the world to our wonders and inspiring people to explore and discover Saudi through the senses as we share our culture through cuisine.”

The “Spotlight on Saudi” runs from now until the 9th of November at 25G Lowndes Street, Belgravia, SW1X 9JF. As part of the collaboration, visitors to EL&N Café will also receive a complimentary Saudi tote bag.
