Chapon I, where intimacy meets grandeur for a sublime stay

As soon as you cross the threshold of Chapon I, you enter a world of elegance, where softness and refinement come together in enveloping tones ranging from white to brown by way of cream. The floor is laid with Taj Mahal marble, and we see a huge living room before us.

Exceptionally high ceilings, through-rooms and large windows, flawless mouldings and Versailles parquet flooring: all the hallmarks of Haussmann architecture are here, and yet Highstay offers us a contemporary experience, with a selection of stylish furnishings and an artistic world that is firmly rooted in the present.

Mirrors adorn the living room walls and frame the opulent fireplace. The tones are warm and subtle, and the colours and materials interact as if writing the lines of a brilliant, persuasive speech.

The precious materials (travertine, marble, wood, alabaster) and clean lines of this apartment enable one to move naturally from one room to the next with harmony and purpose. The eye, caught by powerful vertical and horizontal lines, roams from room to room, exploring this surprising and welcoming 110m2 space.

The open-plan kitchen, featuring Calacatta Oro marble, gives the living area a grandiose character, contrasting with the privacy of the three bedrooms. The master suite is warm and light, with its matt opaline ceiling lights, and boasts a stunning, luminous shower room.

The two ensuite bedrooms have been conceived as precious jewels offering intimacy and comfort. The use of bold vertical lines again defines the spaces and underlines a genuine desire for artistic and architectural continuity. In so doing, Highstay demonstrates its determination to establish a clear and distinctive approach to hospitality with a fresh perspective.

Chapon II, a sophisticated setting, an ode to the neighbourhood for discerning travellers

Push open the doors of Chapon II, and you’ll find a sophisticated entryway with a marble floor and a brass trim around the perimeter. The tone is set: black, white and precious materials define the outline of this timelessly luxurious Parisian showcase.

The entrance hall and living room are connected by an archway made from Saint Laurent marble, a material that is instantly recognisable when you gaze into the living room, which boasts a splendid fireplace that is both sober and impressive.

In this magnificent open-plan 90m2 apartment, we are guided by curves and fluid, organic shapes. Corners are rounded, and there are many arches; firstly, in the sumptuous open kitchen, crafted from wood and Taj Mahal marble, then in the equally alluring wood and bronze library, with its books, sculptures and decorative pieces.

In the midst of this palette of cream, grey and bronze tones, one piece subtly disrupts the seemingly simple harmony: a terracotta-coloured Mojow armchair, inspired by ’70s design, which steals the limelight from the smooth, sinuous dining table and the alabaster chandelier suspended above our heads.

The two bedrooms, with their ensuite bathrooms, have been designed as cocoons. Warm and cosy, they offer calm and intimacy, away from the living room, dinners, conversations and socialising.

Chapon II, a true Parisian jewel, with its period wrought-iron balcony (main image), is an ode to the art of living and to the district. The Marais, popular with Parisians, art lovers, connoisseurs and influencers, is the embodiment of trendy Paris, the pulse of a lively, fascinating capital.

You go there out of curiosity; you stay there to soak it all in. Highstay takes you on a beautiful and authentic journey to the heart of the city that the world continues to dream about.
