To start, enjoy a sharing plate of chicken liver parfait, quail scotch egg with onion chutney and treacle cured Shetland salmon. Follow this with an English dry aged striploin of beef with horseradish, roast pork with apple sauce, steamed Scottish salmon or a ruby beetroot tart; all served with roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, honey roasted carrots & Yorkshire puddings.
