With Summer (apparently) now with us in the UK, many people up and down the country with green fingers will be readying themselves for the onslaught of visiting friends and family to their gardens. If you’re anything like myself, you will be wheeling out the gas barbeque to display your mastery of cooking outside. However, discussing gas barbeque’s isn’t really what Luxurious Magazine is about, we look for the best – things that make you say wow and we might have found it with Modulnova’s outdoor kitchen.
First launched during the Eurocucina 2016 Milan Expo, the outdoor kitchen from Modulnova draws on the great Italian tradition of cooking, eating and entertaining outside.
The outdoor kitchen is an obvious statement piece and is fronted by a strong modern design and built from solid Pietra Piasentina stone with a matt flamed finish.
The kitchen consists of three main modules: The main block combines a wood-burning oven with storage and fronts which conceal both a fridge and an ice-maker. Set at a right angle, the floating worktop has an integral barbecue pit and a deep stone sink. It connects to the final element, a table constructed from solid Teak slats and set with Pietra Piasentina stone block stools.
