Below, we’ve detailed what’s on offer at the Rosewood Hong Kong to help you to celebrate the festive period in the best possible way:

The Legacy House

The flagship Cantonese restaurant of Rosewood Hotel Group, The Legacy House, is celebrating the festive season by offering a special Christmas and New Year’s culinary experience in either the vibrant main dining room or a more intimate affair in one of the seven private dining rooms.

On the 24th of December, enjoy Chinese Executive Chef Li Chi Wai’s banquet-style 8-Course Christmas Eve Festive Menu (HK$1,380+10%) in the main dining room, or the 8-Course Christmas Eve Premium Menu (HK$1,880+10%) in the private dining room.

On the 31st of December, The Legacy House introduces an 8-Course New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu (HK$1,680+10%) in the main dining room and the 8-Course New Year’s Eve Premium Dinner Menu (HK$1,980+10%) in the private room.

CHAAT

CHAAT’s vibrant holiday menu is spiced and aromatic; all served family-style to capture the true spirit of Christmas. This Christmas Eve (HK$1,688+10%) and New Year’s Eve (HK$1,888+10%), CHAAT will serve a 12-Course Festive Dinner boasting Chef Manav’s clever spins on traditional Indian street-style bites, accompanied by sharing-style portions. Available on the 25th of December only is CHAAT’s 9-Course Christmas Lunch (HK$988+10%).

CHAAT will also be open on the 24th, 26th and 31st of December, plus the 1st and 2nd of January for lunch, serving up the restaurant’s a la carte menu.

HENRY

HENRY, the American steakhouse, smokehouse and butcher concept helmed by new Chef de Cuisine Mario Tolentino, celebrates the festive season with exclusive Christmas and New Year’s menus. On the evening of the 24th of December, indulge in a 3-Course Christmas Eve Menu (HK$1,688+10%), including complimentary oysters and Champagne to start, followed by a Festive Christmas Lunch Set (HK$1,498+10%) that is available on the 25th and 26th of December.

On the 31st of December, there’s no better final meal of the year than HENRY’s 3-Course New Year’s Eve Menu (HK$1,988+10%), complete with oysters and celebratory Champagne. The Kid’s menu is available for children aged between 6 and 12 at (HK$498+10%).

Henry will also be open on the 24th of December, and the 1st of January for lunch service serving up the restaurant’s a la carte menu.

DarkSide

From mulled wine to Christmas cocktails, DarkSide (#40 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2021) is the ultimate destination to grab a festive tipple this December. DarkSide’s inimitable team celebrates the season with two new spiced cocktails, Lost in the Toddy inspired by the classic Hot Toddy, featuring Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie, biscotti, lemon, apple, ginger, chamomile, and cinnamon tea; and the ever-soothing All the Way Mulled Wine with Remy Martin VSOP, Visciolata del Carindale, spices and ginger.

Festive cocktails will be served throughout the month of December till 1 January 2022, priced at HK$180+10% each.

Ring in 2022 in style at The DarkSide with soulful and sultry live jazz from 8 pm till 1:30 am on the 31st of December. For the ultimate New Year’s Eve experience, reserve a table at (HK$4,000 +10%) for two guests, which includes a bottle of Krug Champagne and canapes, or (HK$18,000+10%) for 12 guests including three bottles of Krug Champagne and canapes. The tables will be limited, so please reserve in advance to avoid any disappointment. Walk-ins are also accepted at an entry price of (HK$998) per guest, including a glass of Champagne.

Holt’s Café

Holt’s Café, the ultimate destination for upscale local and international dining on level 2 of Rosewood Hong Kong, unveils a Festive 3-Course Set Lunch (HK$388 +10%) and Festive 3-Course Set Dinner (HK$438 + 10%) available to enjoy throughout the month of December.

On the 24th, 25th and 31st of December for dinner and 25th and 26th of December for lunch, Holt’s Café has also prepared a Festive Feast (HK$1,480 + 10% per adult or HK$1,780+10% per adult inclusive of 2 hours of free-flow Champagne, red and white wine, HK$980+10% per child between 6-12 years old) that is perfect for sharing with the entire family. Tuck into a sharing-style seafood platter and appetizers with the choice of one main course, one dessert, and either coffee or tea.

The Butterfly Room

Hong Kong’s most distinctive afternoon tea experience receives a festive makeover this December with the option to add two glasses of Champagne Cold Brew Tea (HK$998 +10%). The festive bubbly complements a classic afternoon tea spread of tea sandwiches, classic scones, and the legendary pastry and confectionary trolleys laden with sweet delights.

For dinner, opt for The Butterfly Room’s 3-Course Festive Dinner Menu (HK$1,188+10%) with a glass of Champagne Delamotte or a glass of white or red wine, available on the 24th, 25th and the 31st of December.

Butterfly Patisserie

Sinful yuletide specialities take centre stage at Rosewood Hong Kong’s renowned Butterfly Patisserie for at-home indulgence or unforgettable gifting. From Gingerbread Cookies to Festive Afternoon Tea crafted by Chef Thomas Cabrit, there is something to satisfy every family member’s sweet tooth.

Christmas gifting is also made easy with a choice of different Christmas Hampers with starting price of HK$ 1,888 packed with festive treats. Gourmands will delight over the Traditional Panettone, handmade chocolates, assorted cookies and more.

Bayfare Social

Lively tapas-inspired gastro market Bayfare Social debuts new festive fare on its a la carte selection, including Spanish Potato Omelette with Winter Black Truffle (HK$280), Spanish Bean Soup, Cured Pork Belly, Chorizo & Blood Sausage (HK$320), Majorcan Lobster Stew, Green Peppers and Almonds (HK$680), Hake Fish with Green Sauce and Clams (HK$380), Marinated Roast Lamb Shank and Fingerling Potatoes (HK$460), and the traditional sweet of Chocolate Yule Log (HK$80).
