Nominations are now open for the 2016 Prestigious Star Awards – celebrating the finest venues from all four corners the globe.

The biggest ever review of luxury event spaces has begun, with Prestigious Venues on a mission to title one of them, the world’s most prestigious.

All kinds of venues and event spaces will take part – from royal palaces and castles to grand halls and stately homes.

So far, Sydney’s Shangri-La Hotel, Atlantis on The Palm, Goodwood House and the Royal Albert Hall are all in the running. Plus, the worldwide search has 20 new destinations, including India, Russia, China, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Spain and more.

Out of over 2,000 spaces, 200 will be shortlisted, with 60 finalists announced in August. There will then be 20 global category winners including The Most Prestigious overall, which will be announced at the London award ceremony on September 16.
