6,000 people are wowed at the 2019 edition of The Quail thanks to some iconic British motoring brands, a very special 1931 Stutz DV 32 Convertible Victoria by Le Baron, more than 250 cars and an array of gourmet international cuisine.

This year’s event was headlined by three special classes. The first of these, “100 Years of Bentley Motors,” paid tribute to legendary vehicles from throughout Bentley’s history including the North American debut of the EXP 100 GT concept car and the Flying Spur sedan.

The second special class, “The 25th Anniversary of the McLaren F1,” also celebrated a historic milestone. In this case, a quarter-century of the legendary McLaren supercar was celebrated with a selection of standout models including a one-of-10 McLaren F1 GTR Longtail.

Additionally, the “A Tribute to the Electric Car Movement” special class showcased unique electric cars throughout history including a unique 1965 Volkswagen Beetle Zelectric Sedan electric car prototype.

Throughout the show, guests enjoyed in-depth discussions with industry leaders during the Fireside Chat panel series. Headliners included two-time Monaco Grand Prix winner and 2015 FIA World Endurance Champion Mark Webber moderated by Philip Kadoorie and automotive influencer, and social media entertainer Alex Hirschi, also known as Supercar Blondie moderated by automotive journalist Hannah Elliott.

The Drako GTE

The event played host to more than 11 major vehicle debuts and anniversary celebrations from revered manufacturers and sponsors including Lotus Cars, Bugatti, Aston Martin, Bentley Motors, Acura, Pagani Automobili, Singer Vehicle Design and Drako Motors. In addition, nine manufacturers hosted press conferences at the event to announce new products or company news including Lotus Cars, Rolls-Royce Motorcars, Acura, Bentley Motors, Automobili Lamborghini, Bugatti, SSC North America and Drako Motors.
