Love is all you need, Love is all around, Love makes the world go round. And now Cartier celebrates the ultimate human emotion with their ode to love in a film titled ‘Love Is All.’

Directed by young British director and fashion photographer Charlotte Wales, this tribute to love projects Cartier’s vision of what this emotion is all about in their eyes and their aim to spread it and share it with the generosity and warmth which embodies this emotion.

Starring a multitude of celebrities from diverse backgrounds, the film showcases talents such as Monica Bellucci, Lily Collins, Willow Smith, Jackson Wang, Mariacarla Boscono, Mélanie Laurent and Golshifteh Farahani, among others.

Interacting and building on each other’s creativity, the twelve personalities featured represent the importance of cultural and artistic diversity Cartier places on its values as a luxury brand.

Mélanie Laurent wearing a Cartier timepiece“It’s a part of the Cartier philosophy to believe that we are stronger and more authentic together, and that’s why we have gathered this inspiring community of artists who embrace life with a sense of celebration…together they seem to defy gravity through Cartier’s red box which they have filled with a sense of joy,” says Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Cartier Arnaud Carrez.

Lasting just under two minutes, the Love is All film echoes Cartier’s belief that every individual’s personality is enriched by the people around them, and it is these interactions with others that help us grow and evolve.

Making a bold statement, the film’s subtext is one where it encourages people to think outside the box, expand boundaries, override barriers and anything which holds one back. It’s a testament to family in all its forms and a celebration of universal and timeless love.

Filmed in three major cities – Paris, Los Angeles and Shanghai, accompanying the film is the song by Roger Glover and Ronnie James Dio named ‘Love Is All’, an appropriate pop melody from the 1970s and which fits in perfectly with the film.
