H.Moser & Cie. Unveils its Colourful Streamliner Tourbillon Rainbow Range

All the rainbow colours are on the new Streamliner Tourbillon Rainbow from H. Moser & Cie. The new collection contains magnificent sapphires of all colours, instantly drawing you to the dial. Jeremy Webb sees what is at the end of the Streamliner Tourbillon rainbow.

Remember the song; I can see a rainbow? It started red and yellow, and green and blue… Well, now, courtesy of H. Moser & Cie. you can see the colours of the rainbow on their new Streamliner Tourbillon Rainbow, which features an array of coloured sapphires set on the red gold or steel case.

The Streamliner Tourbillon Rainbow is 40.0 mm in diameter, so easy to wear and not overly flashy. It lets the glowing coloured sapphires shine and grab all the attention. The radiant gemstones enhance the beauty of the one-minute flying tourbillon equipped with a double hairspring.

The sapphire casts reflections illuminating either the Vantablack® dial or the brand’s signature fumé dial, which is covered by a slightly domed sapphire crystal. There are 60 baguette-cut coloured sapphires (2.90 carats) which go from red on the top right of the watch to a stunning purple on the top left.

The Streamliner Tourbillon Rainbow marries the art of jewellery making with horology, with the sixty baguette-cut coloured sapphires bathing the dial. Every watch will be slightly different due to the hand selection of the coloured sapphires. Every gemstone is unique in colour and shape, allowing them to surround the dial, which can be the iconic fumé or Vantablack.

An HMC 804 automatic Manufacture calibre is used in the Streamliner Tourbillon Rainbow with an Automatic bi-directional pawl winding system. Using an oscillating 18-carat red gold weight that is engraved H. Moser & Cie. logo, you get a minimum of three days of power reserve.

The one-minute flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock brings the timepiece to life and is a marvel of ingenuity. Produced in-house by Precision Engineering AG, the automatic movement features a double hairspring that reduces friction, thus improving accuracy significantly. The brand is always seeking the pursuit of precision and excellence.

The Streamliner Tourbillon Rainbow is a fusion of technology, opulence, and a connoisseur’s dream. It is H. Moser & Cie.’s unique take on Haute Horlogerie.

You get an Integrated bracelet in steel or red gold with a folding clasp with three blades in steel or 5N red gold engraved with the Moser logo Half-links.
