On-Demand Air Mobility Provider Flyvbird Announces Partnership with Moove

Flyvbird, a new on-demand air service provider based in Germany, which uses proprietary AI to offer connections based on client requests, has announced it has partnered with the French travel planning technology start-up Moove.

As part of the new partnership, Flyvbird (flyv) will be employing Moove’s SaaS-B2B marketplace visualisation tool Moove to make its offering more tangible for clients. By using the tool, flyvbird will be able to showcase the wide possibilities of on-demand air travel and the multiple opportunities it can offer for faster, more sustainable, direct air travel solutions.

“We are excited to partner with Moove. Utilising its intuitive visualisation tool will help us attract a brand-new segment of the market as travellers quickly see the benefits. It will play an important role in the early phase of our operation,” said Anton Lutz, CEO of Flyvbird.

“We are delighted Flyvbird is adopting our tool to help make its air travel product become more tangible. We strive to lower the entry barriers to on-demand aviation, creating a market for exciting new airline ventures like Flyvbird. It’s an attractive partnership as we create a bridge between private and commercial aviation,” added Arthur Ingles, Co-Founder and CEO of Moove.

“There’s a large gap between highly centralised mass market airlines, business aviation or ground transport, leaving many travellers without any options for future regional transport. The hybrid model of Flyvbird, similar to an Uber pool, provides the innovation to bring right-sized, right-priced flights, making more point-to-point travel viable,” he said.

Free flyv flights will be offered to the first 50 registrations
The first 50 travellers who register on the app Moove (flymoove.com) will receive a voucher for a free flight on any future Flyv route, usable within one year after the launch of operations (anticipated in Q2 2025). Clients will have the opportunity to register for updates and enter suggestions for the first routes and markets the airline should serve.

Moove launched to the business aviation sector at the EBACE Show in Geneva two years ago, with a user tool to calculate the cost of private flights, comparing prices with trains, scheduled services and car travel. It returns next week to the 2024 Show (May 27-30) with enhanced solutions. Booth J72.
