After what seems like an eternity, Britain’s people are now counting down to the welcomed return of the hospitality sector. In preparation for this, Novikov Restaurant & Bar has unveiled some amazing new ways to experience their fine fayre.
Open, close, open close… Aaarrggh! It’s felt like an endless cycle over the past year or so, but the good news is, things are about to change; at least they are in the United Kingdom!
In a matter of weeks, al fresco hospitality will be making its long-awaited return to the UK, and the staff at London’s Novikov Restaurant & Bar are eagerly chomping at the bit to start entertaining once again.
Novikov Restaurant & Bar is well-known for its mouthwatering Asian and Italian classics alongside its excellent wine and cocktail list and exemplary service. They are one of London’s go-to places, and when their doors open once more, they’ll be doing so with Novikov Outside, which will revolve around a glamorous alfresco Mayfair setting.
From April 12th, up to 50 customers can enjoy the restaurants signature dishes, spaced out over sixteen tables. On the menu will be an inspired combination of signature Asian dishes, including Scallop & Truffle New Style Sashimi and Miso Black Cod, together with Italian Restaurant delicacies like Burrata with Sicilian Datterino Tomatoes and Seabass with Spinach & Crudaiola Sauce.
The tables will need to be booked in advance, and given how cooped up many of us have felt, we’d suggest you start your preparations sooner rather than later. Don’t fret if advanced booking slips your mind as six tables will be made available for lunchtime and evening walk-ins.
In addition to Novikov outside, the restaurant and bar will also be hosting an Aperol Campari & Asahi Bar. Here, you can enjoy a carefully curated cocktail collection accompanied by a soothing soundtrack. Imagine the joy you’ll feel swapping those pristine white walls in your property or overly fussy wallpaper for a gorgeous pre-or-post meal and drink in the fresh air?
If you’re thinking to yourselves that’ll do for me, hold on a moment as there’s still more. Novikov will also be introducing something a little more informal. This will take the form of a street-side BBQ where you can enjoy some melt-in-the-mouth mico chicken skewers or tuck into a succulent burger.
