New Pescatarian Tasting Menu Experience at Osteria Marzia
Osteria Marzia‘s new six-course tasting menu immerses guests into the slow, sun-drenched, and utterly delicious way of Italian coastal living. For HK$788 per person, experience the finest ocean-inspired fare by Chef Luca – reminiscent of diving into the crystal-clear depths of the Adriatic Sea or frolicking on the white powder sand beaches of Sardinia.
The menu begins with traditional aperitivos with bread and anchovies, jet-fresh Hamachi, tomato date, Taggiasca olive, fried capers, and Tartare de Cappesante with scallop, asparagus, chives, wild fennel, chervil and Sorrento lemon. The homemade Spaghetti features a refreshing combination of Bronte pistachio and Sicilian anchovy, followed by Cernia grouper fish prepared and flavoured simply with potato, Taggiasca olive, oregano, and sun-dried tomato. Finish the meal with Sorbetto, a Sorrento lemon sorbet, and the obligatory finale of Baba Al Rum with limoncello Chantilly.
