The Roberto Cavalli Group, one of the most prestigious Italian brands at an international level, and the Franck Muller Group, the Swiss company leader in the luxury and high-end watches sector, announce that they have signed a co-branding contract for the development, creation, production and distribution of “Roberto Cavalli by Franck Muller” watches.
Operational activities for the new contract with the Franck Muller Group will begin in January 2012. The distribution of new products will take place, through Roberto Cavalli stores, Franck Muller stores as well as the best luxury watch retailers in the main countries around the world, starting from the fall of 2012. The objective of the deal is to develop “Swiss-made” watches of the highest standards for women and men using the “Roberto Cavalli by Franck Muller” brand name, which will unite the style and distinctive symbols of the Florentine fashion group with the craftsman technique and the precision engineering that has always distinguished the Franck Muller Group.
The Roberto Cavalli by Franck Muller watch collection was studied to respond to the different needs of a clientele that is ever more sophisticated and to compete in the high-quality “premium price” categories with retail prices in the “entry range” of 1,250 euros to 3,000 euros to then go to the more prestigious models in the “core” range from 3,000 to 6,000 euros, and finally jewellery watches in the “image” range whose value will exceed 6,000 euros – a complete collection that is along the lines of the most recent creations of the main fashion and luxury groups.
