Fraser Residence River Promenade is part of Frasers Property Singapore’s integrated precinct comprising the luxurious residential development, Rivière, and three conserved warehouses with lifestyle offerings. Its location at Jiak Kim Street is the former site of three historic warehouses, originally built in 1919 as storage spaces that supported Singapore’s entrepot trade.
