Inspired by the Southern states and their culinary traditions, HENRY at Rosewood Hong Kong’s Chef de Cuisine Mario Tolentino has pulled out the stops to create classically indulgent Thanksgiving offerings with holiday flair.

HENRY, the American steakhouse, smokehouse and butcher concept helmed by Chef de Cuisine Mario Tolentino, is celebrating Thanksgiving with a menu of exclusive holiday specials for dine-in guests and takeaway HENRY Grill BBQ Set and Rosewood Thanksgiving Turkey for home celebrations.

HENRY Thanksgiving Specials Menu (24-26 November)
The annual American feasting tradition reaches its zenith with HENRY’s selection of Thanksgiving specials.

Feast on festive a la carte delights, including appetisers such as Oyster Rockefeller (HK$358/6 pcs) with herbed breadcrumb, spinach, truffle mornay, parmesan cheese, and pork belly, and a rich Lobster Bisque (HK$228) with cognac, cream, Amur caviar and lobster toast.

In the true spirit of Thanksgiving, treat yourself to Herb Roasted Turkey (HK$658), a confit turkey leg with cranberry relish, cornbread tasso ham stuffing and turkey gravy, or a Smoked Prime Rib (HK$898) with chanterelle mushroom, confit shallot horseradish crème Fraiche and black truffle veal jus. Conclude the feast with a traditional autumn dessert of Chef Mario’s Pumpkin Cheesecake (HK$138) with candied pecans, whipped cream, and aged sherry vinegar.

Offering a taste of Rosewood at home, HENRY’s butcher shop features the highest-grade prime cuts of dry-aged beef straight from American ranches, chosen for their tenderness and flavour. Butcher cuts of meat are paired with an international selection of fine wines handpicked by HENRY’s in-house sommelier, as well as charcuterie meats and gourmet accompaniments for the perfect steak night at home.

For those gathering with loved ones at home for Thanksgiving, HENRY’s butcher shop has prepared a HENRY BBQ GRILL SET (HK$1,998).
