The Best of Rosewood Spans Dining Out, Staying in or Cooking to Impress

In 2022, flexibility and innovation are two key buzzwords for the hospitality industry. Rosewood Hong Kong understands this and as part of their third-anniversary celebration, they’ve unveiled the “Best of Rosewood,” which comprises a trio of exclusive dining options at its award-winning restaurant outlets.

In theme with the number “three,” Rosewood Hong Kong has unveiled a trio of anniversary specials, which spans dining out, staying in, or cooking to impress.

The “Best of Rosewood Hong Kong” delivered special combo set meals will be available from 28th March onwards for delivery via Deliveroo for same-day orders and also catering with 24-hour advance notice. Any craving is satisfied with a diverse array of combo meals by HENRY, CHAAT, The Legacy House, Bayfare Social and Holt’s Café.

Each restaurant will be presenting its all-time favourite signature dishes for purchase individually or at value combo set prices. Each combo order comes with a complimentary slice of Tahitian Vanilla Mille-feuille from the hotel’s Butterfly Patisserie in true birthday spirit.

For its combo menu, American steakhouse HENRY led by Chef Mario Tolentino offers a Spicy Caesar Salad (HKD188) with anchovy, Parmigiano Reggiano, parsley pesto and sourdough croutons, a Jumbo Lump Crab Cake Sandwich (HKD298) with pepperoncini aioli, brioche buns and fries, and its elevated classic Cheeseburger (HKD298) with 6oz. Patty, American cheese, griddled onion, HENRY steak sauce, brioche buns and fries. For Rosewood Hong Kong’s birthday, this meal is at the special price of HKD408 (original price HKD574.)

Barbecued pork at the Legacy House

The Legacy House, known for its Canton-style ingredients and masterful seasonal cooking by Chinese Executive Chef Li Chi Wai, is offering a combo set meal of Barbecued Pork (HKD280) with honey glaze, and Pan-Fried Stuffed Dace Fish (HKD480) for a special price of HKD498 (original price HKD848.)

From one Michelin-starred CHAAT, guests can enjoy Chef de Cuisine Manav Tuli’s famous Old Delhi Butter Chicken (HKD268) with spiced tomato sauce and fenugreek, complemented by a hearty bowl of Prawn Pulao (HKD398) with aged basmati rice and saffron. The combo offer is priced at HKD428 per set (original price HKD754.)

Bayfare Social, the tapas-inspired restaurant championing modern Spanish fare, offers a delectable set of Kale & Brussels Sprout Salad (HKD135) with charred broccolini, avocado and ricotta, and Seafood or Chicken Paella (HKD340) with saffron and aioli made for sharing between two guests. Bayfare Social’s combo set is priced at HKD398 (original price HKD563.)

Wok Fried Flat Rice Beef Noodles

At Holt’s Café, the popular destination for upscale local and international dining, the menu consists of Sweet & Sour Pork (HKD210) and Wok-Fried Flat Rice Beef Noodles (HKD198), available together for HKD348 (original price HKD496.)

The Rosewood at Home Meal Kits
Starting from 23rd March, Rosewood Hong Kong debuts “Rosewood at Home” meal kits, exclusively on Rosewood’s Online Store. Allowing guests to experience Rosewood Hong Kong’s restaurant dishes à la minute in the comfort of home, each meal kit comprises vacuum-sealed ingredients and simple instructions for reheating.

CHAAT offers meal kits for Chef Manav’s melt-in-mouth Tandoori Beef Cheeks (HKD308), crowd favourite Old Delhi Butter Chicken Curry (HKD268) and Caramel Shahi Tukda (HKD98) for dessert.

The Holt’s Café experience can be whipped up at home with meal kits for Burrata & Heirloom Tomatoes Salad (HKD240), Roasted Free-Range Chicken (HKD298) with whipped mashed potato, watercress and truffle sauce, and Tahitian Vanilla Mille-feuille (HKD88) with flaky puff pastry and vanilla cream.

The Legacy House offers popular Cantonese dishes to reheat at home, including Braised Sea Cucumber (HKD380) with leeks, Braised Pork Knuckle (HKD280) and the classic Cantonese dessert, Aged Tangerine Peel in Red Bean Soup (HKD90).

HENRY’s online Butcher Shop expands offerings
In addition to its current collection of prime cuts of dry-aged beef, fine international wines and homemade charcuterie meats, HENRY diversifies its offerings with new premium items. Home cooking skills are taken to the next level with ingredients from HENRY’s coveted butcher’s counter and pantry, bringing an ultra-luxe taste of Rosewood home.

New products available to purchase at Rosewood’s online store include the extra tender and juicy 44 Farms Beef Brisket (HKD150 for 2pcs/1person or HKD290 for 4pcs/2persons.) Berkwood Farms Baby Back Ribs (HKD190 for half-rack, HKD350 for full rack), make for a fantastic oven-baked feast with a slathering of barbecue sauce. Beer Can Chicken (HKD150 for half-chicken, HKD290 for whole chicken) is so-called for its method of indirect grilling by stuffing its cavity with a partially filled can of beer, after which the chicken is made to stand up vertically, and slow-cooked in a smoker.

Other new and delectable cold cuts and accompaniments available online include 24-Month Iberico Ham (HKD250/100g) and firm yet creamy and rich 12-Month Manchego Cheese (HKD190/200g.)
