For Summer, Plume, Hong Kong’s glitzy sky-high rooftop affair, has unveiled a brand new Alfresco Lunch Set, which will be available Tuesday to Sunday and wine-fuelled rooftop evenings with Plume’s new Summer Golden Hour happy hour on the same days.
Located high atop architectural icon and gastronomic destination H Queen’s, Plume rooftop bar by Le Comptoir boasts panoramic city views and a menu designed by the award-winning team at 2-Michelin-starred Écriture. The stylish destination in Central contains a world-class wine list, accompanied by contemporary French bar bites, courtesy of its Executive Chef, Maxime Gilbert.
Plume is open from noon until midnight from Tuesday to Sunday and offers one of the best drinking experiences in Hong Kong, set to the backdrop of the twinkling Central cityscape and iconic Victoria Harbour in the distance.
Plume’s New Alfresco Set Lunch
The only rooftop bar in Hong Kong serving two Michelin-starred fare, Plume unveils its new and valued 3-course + a side dish set lunch menu available daily on Tuesday – Sunday from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm. Enjoy some breezy, sky-high sophistication at Plume for your next lunch break, with an Alfresco Lunch Set at HK$490+10% per person for a choice of starter, main course, side dish and dessert.
Options of starters include delectable bites such as Crispy, Spicy Chicken Tenders, Australian Wagyu Beef Tartare (+HK$78), Classic Chicken Cobb Salad, and Tomato Gazpacho with sourdough croutons, among others.
For the main course, the team at Écriture has prepared a series of hearty yet elevated French dishes that highlight premium ingredients, such as Grilled Spanish Octopus with virgin sauce, Morisseau Mont Saint Michel Mussels Mariniere, Whole Roasted Local Yellow Chicken (+HK$198 for two persons), and Moroccan-style Lamb Neck Confit, among other dishes. The sides include Potato Purée, French Fries, Sautéed Vegetables or Green Salad with an optional black truffle add-on for an additional HK$198.
Lunch at Plume always ends on a high, with choices of classic French desserts such as Crème Brulee with vanilla ice cream, French Cherry Clafoutis, Chocolate, Salted Caramel and Candied Nut Tart, among others.

Summer Golden Hour: The Wine Lover’s Happy Hour
Unwind after a long day with front-row seats to the sunset, a glass of wine in hand, at Plume rooftop bar every Tuesday – Saturday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Nothing says “summer in the city” like Summer Golden Hour at Plume rooftop bar, where guests can soak up the ambience with sweeping views over Hong Kong. Plume’s just-launched Summer Golden Hour features HK$50 wines by the glass, complimentary charcuterie and cheese platter with the purchase of any bottle of wine, and a complimentary bottle for every two bottles of wine purchased.
Enhance the experience further by indulging in elevated bar bites from the all-day bar menu, from refreshing Burrata with Cherry Tomatoes (HK$228) and Homemade French Fries with Truffle Mayo (HK$188) to the decadent Wagyu Sando (HK$498) and French Toast (HK$128).
