The property dates back to 1835 and is decorated in its own distinctive London-chic style. Exclusively available via Eccleston Square Hotel, it is furnished with luxurious appointments such as handmade Swedish Hastens Beds in each bedroom (electrically adjustable with variable massage), technologically advanced large screen LG 4K HDR OLED TVs as well as a number of original antiques and high-quality furniture.
Spread over 120 m2 the house sleeps up to four people in two en-suite doubles. The ground floor features a tranquil dining room, an open plan kitchen, the living room is equipped with a 55-inch LG OLED TV with SkyQ and Apple TV and natural light floods in through the large patio doors which open out to a courtyard garden with table, chairs and a modern gas-powered BBQ style grille. There is an additional ground floor restroom.
The first floor features a double bedroom with SkyQ LED TV, marble en-suite toilet and shower room. Adjacent to the bedroom is a separate, comfortably furnished smart home office which benefits from high speed, secure Wi-fi, picturesque garden and church views, a printer and an Apple desktop computer.
A double master bedroom can be found on the third floor. Again, this room features a Hastens bed, an en-suite marble bathroom with a large bath, a 65-inch LG OLED TV connected with SkyQ and Apple TV.
