ZEEKR Opens Luxury Showroom in Amsterdam's Busiest Shopping Street

ZEEKR has opened a brand new centre in one of Amsterdam’s busiest and most famous shopping streets. The new luxury showroom occupies 2,000 square meters of the former Vroom & Dreesman building and will provide customers with a curated brand experience via experts who will be on hand to arrange every element of ownership from purchase through to wallbox installation¹.

The city is already home to ZEEKR Europe’s offices, and the new retail space will strengthen the brand’s presence in the Netherlands’ capital.

Overlooking the Rokin canal, the site is close to famous Amsterdam landmarks, including the Rijksmuseum, Dam Square and the Royal Palace, and is designed to give customers a luxurious, exclusive, curated brand experience and effortlessly blends contemporary materials, finishes and lighting within the historic building.

The second ZEEKR showroom to open in Europe, the Amsterdam centre, will help the brand drive forward the transition to electric mobility by making luxury electric vehicles accessible and matching world-class design and technology with a One-stop-shop offer that makes the switch to EVs simple and seamless.

Like the company’s showrooms in China, the spacious location will showcase the company’s current European car lineup – the pioneering ZEEKR 001 luxury shooting brake and the ZEEKR X urban compact luxury SUV. (ZEEKR 001: Combined power consumption in kWh/100km: 18.2-18.5 (WLTP). ZEEKR X: Combined power consumption in kWh/100km: 16.5-17.5 (WLTP). Combined CO2 emissions in g/km: 0).

The Amsterdam ZEEKR Center is much more than a retail space: it embodies every element of ZEEKR’s direct and customer-oriented approach.

Customers can configure and order their vehicles on 4k touch screens, and ZEEKR product experts are on hand to demonstrate the state-of-the-art technologies in the vehicles, such as augmented-reality head-up displays, 5G connectivity, and AI voice assistants.

ZEEKR’s personalised, one-stop-shop offering gives the customer everything from finance, insurance, home wall box installation², public charging solutions, vehicle servicing, and extended warranties, helping set new EV ownership standards.

The showroom has been designed as a relaxing, exclusive space for customers, where they can spend time in a dedicated lounge, order artisan coffee via a ZEEKR app, and browse the collections of ZEEKR merchandise and co-branded goods.

ZEEKR Europe CEO Spiros Fotinos said, “The Netherlands is one of the most advanced EV markets in Europe, and that’s why we’ve chosen Amsterdam as the location for our new showroom. Amsterdam is also home to our European offices.

This new ZEEKR Center will enable people to experience for themselves everything that makes our luxury EVs and our customer experience unparalleled and will help accelerate the transition to electric mobility.”

The first ZEEKR vehicles destined for customers in the Netherlands and Sweden will be delivered before the end of December and in Germany early next year, with ZEEKR expanding its presence into most countries in Western Europe by 2026.
